Falling Off The Bandwagon

When people use the phrase “fell off the bandwagon”, I think of people riding along in a wagon on a very bumpy road being tossed around by their surroundings and then getting thrown off by all the crazy gosling.

Is this how you want to live your life? Unconsciously being tossed around by your circumstances not having much control?
OR
Do you want to take hold of life and maybe ride the cattle pulling the wagon?
OR
Even take a break for a moment and step off and walk beside it for something different?

I don’t know about you but the later two sound much better to me.

Saying “it’s my cheat day” or “I fell off” takes away your power and your choice. Most of my clients say they want to get control of their eating habits, emotions & response to stress. If you want to do that, then you also have to take responsibility for everything that you do, feel & put in your mouth: good or bad, nutritious or not.

Taking responsibility of the choices you make all comes down to awareness. Half of the time we go on autopilot. If you’re ready to stop allowing the chaos around you to dictate your health and happiness then send me a personal message.
