FAST at home solution to shoulder and neck tension from computer work

I know that sitting at your desk for several hours is inevitable – we’ve all got to work right?

However, if you’re anything like me, this can cause tension and stress in the neck and shoulder areas. I shared on Facebook Live, a fast at home stretch and tip about what you can do to relieve this tension.

  • The ratio of time that you need to dedicate to releasing the tension
  • The exact position to hold to counter balance the slumped over position at your desk
