Holiday Hangover To Healthy Habits

Happy Halloween!

For many, Halloween marks the start of sugar season and the end of healthy eating. Around the holidays our bodies & immune system get bogged down with all the sugar and stress. Then we have more bloating, gas, acid reflux, and get sick sooner and more often.

Your Food For ThoughtYou can totally eat healthy this season.

Don’t throw the towel in for two months until the new year. Think of how much could happen in two months! You can totally go from holiday hangover to healthy habits in two weeks.

Don’t worry I created the perfect FREE online challenge to help you do just that: The Holiday Clean Eating Reset.

What the heck is a Clean Eating Reset? It’s re-committing to the fundamentals of healthy eating and digestion for two weeks and choosing to eat and do things that support managing sugar levels, weight, inflammation and supporting the immune system. It includes all whole foods (think whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruits, veggies, eggs, and whole meats – no pastrami or deli meat).
Why? To give our body and digestive system a break from all the processed crap and chemicals that’s hidden in our “food.” To feel lighter, stronger, more focused, cleaner, have better sleep, and to get more comfortable with eating whole foods. This reset is your kickstart to making better food choices.

The goal of Clean Eating is not to focus on elimination, restriction and losing but to enjoy fresh foods with the greatest nutritional value and bring awareness about what’s in your food and where it comes from. When you eat clean, you are also cleaning up your digestive system to work better which means less chemicals, less acid reflux, less indigestion, less gas, less bloating, and more energy, more focus, and more vitality.

How does that sound?! The challenge starts Nov 1st and is open to anyone for free so please share!

You up for it? Sign up here.

All participants will get several PDF files to help guide them and access to a private Facebook group where people can share their journey, share recipes, get inspired and support one another.
